195 - Vintage Cartier Lighter, Goldplate, Rib Finish, likely from the 1970's, early 1980's. Stamped "Cartier" on the bottom, and the fill hole is marked "s" with an arrow to "L" The lighter appears to work; just needs a good cleaning and a fill!
